Date: Thursday 5th September 2019
Location: 30 Leicester Square, London, WC2H 7LA
Timings: 18:00 - 20:00

We are taking GroWiT outdoors for the first time to a spectacular roof terrace in the West End of London, at the Heart of UK Media & Entertainment.

We’re partnering with Global, home of some of the UK's best loved radio stations Heart, Capital, LBC, Radio X, Smooth and Classic FM to name a few. They also happen to be one of the leading Outdoor Advertising companies in Europe and market leaders in Digital Audio Advertising.

Join us for an evening of practical advice and discussion around how to drive a more diverse and inclusive workforce. Diversity and inclusion has seen a real shift from being an internal initiative in pockets of the organisation to a board level priority as evidence becomes clearer around tangible links to performance and growth. It seems everyone is talking about diversity, but this event is geared to not just discuss the issues and challenges but to present best practices around how organisations can drive the shift to becoming more inclusive. We are all convinced on the why. This is about the how.
