Date: Thursday, November 21st 2019
Location: WeWork, Floor 15, 10 York Road, South Bank, London, SE1 7ND
Timings: 18:00 - 21:00

We are delighted to be taking our next edition of Agile Valley to Adaptavist, the company that helps organisations transform to make continuous change the new business as usual. This event, entitled 'Inside Agile Minds', leverages insight from digital transformation veterans to overcome the stumbling blocks associated with creating a faster and flatter organisation.

We'll focus in on some of the key people issues surrounding communication and creating a shift in mindset, whilst also exploring how technology enablers can help you visualise the status quo. We also recognise that the shift to Agile is often even more challenging for leaders that are responsible for managing teams distributed across multiple geographies and time zones. That's exactly why we will be focusing the minds of our panel on the issue of how to manage remote teams through Agile transformation. It's not all about people though, we will go through some examples of how organisations, such as The John Lewis Partnership, are re-tooling from a technology perspective to create brilliant outcomes from digital transformation projects.
