Meet the panelists

Malia is an experienced cyber security engineer and the recent co-founder and CEO of Integrum, a cyber security consulting firm focusing on security compliance for small businesses and non-profit organizations. She is also the current president and co-founder of the Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) SoCal Affiliate. Malia served on active duty in the Navy for 4 years where she was a lead computer technician. She is an active member of ISSA, ISACA, OWASP, IAPP, WiCyS, Women's Society of Cyberjutsu and was just named Chair of the Technology Committee for AnitaB.org. A champion for women, veterans, and minorities in technology, she serves on the advisory board for Long Beach City College and mentors students in various community colleges around Los Angeles. She has mentored girls in middle school and high school at several cybersecurity camps and events.

Shibani Rai is the California Head of She Loves Data, a global non-profit organization which inspires women to pursue careers in data and technology. She Loves Data encourages women to be bold in the pursuit of a career in technology and has grown to 7 countries and trained over 7000 women through one-day workshops. Through this initiative, Shibani provides mentorship, training, conducts workshops and events in California.Shibani also serves as a Co-Lead of Women in Big Data SoCal.At her day job as an analyst, Shibani has provided cutting edge solutions to organizations across Australia and the United States. She has worked in a range of industries including Finance, Education, Healthcare and Manufacturing. She is excited to empower organizations by facilitating accurate, data driven decisions.

Marsha Wilson is the CEO and Co-founder of ScaleSec, a service disabled, veteran owned small business and security-first cloud consulting company helping clients with compliance implementation and cloud security engineering. Her career has afforded her great opportunities to support clients in the Department of Defense, Energy Sector, Healthcare, and more recently in the DevSecOps and Automat ion space. Marsha holds a Bachelor’s in English and a Master’s in Business Administration. She is a mom to three kids, two cats and one dog. Her certifications include CISSP, PMP, CISA, and OSCP.

Marsha Wilson - President, ScaleSec

Joanna Mazgaj is the Manager of CloudOps at Tala. Her team is focused on building and deploying the monitoring and alerting systems across Tala's platforms. Joanna came to Tala from OpenX, where she managed the QA group in the highly scaled ad-server and real-time bidding exchange. Joanna has a background in ethnolinguistics, and software documentation and localization. She holds a Master's Degree from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland.
