Over the past decade she's helped many companies redefine Customer Success resulting in increased retention, long term revenue growth and customer advocacy. Kristi led Customer Success and Experience teams at companies like BrightEdge, Sisense, BetterCloud and IntelliShift. In her current role at ClientSuccess, a leading Customer Success Management solution, Kristi oversees Customer Success, Technical Support and Consulting.

Leah helps forward-thinking companies embrace the power of immersive technologies to solve their biggest business challenges, including using VR to deliver training programs that are more effective than traditional classroom learning, designing products and spaces through 3D modeling, and bringing people together in virtual words for better meetings and remote collaboration. She's passionate about using technology to make work experiences better, more equitable and more human-centric, than they are today.

Krista has spent the last 13 years at various tech start-ups building global CX teams, including Sailthru, Chartbeat, and now at Manychat, empowering hundreds of thousands of businesses to create messenger bots for marketing, sales, and support. Krista has worked with some of the top e-commerce and media brands in the world, such as the BBC, Apple, New York Times, Nike and Netflix. She is passionate about building customer-centric organizations, while helping her team grow in their careers. On the weekends, you'll find Krista in Central Park with her husband and two (very crazy) kids.

Tiara is the Head of Customer Success at Fairing. With a career focused on account management and sales, Tiara has gained valuable experience in both startup environments and with industry giants like Google and Gartner. With her extensive expertise in building strong customer relationships and driving business growth, Tiara is well-equipped to share valuable insights and strategies for building a CS department from scratch and career navigation for 20-somethings. Based in the heart of NYC, she embraces the vibrant lifestyle of Brooklyn and finds joy in surfing at the Rockaways.
