Meet Holly Foxcroft

Head of Neurodiversity Research in Cyber & Consulting at Stott and May Consulting, Holly is from a defence background, starting her career in electrical and cyber warfare. Parallel to this, raising her son who is Autistic. Holly, who is also Autistic with ADHD, combined her two worlds of neurodiversity and cyber by running employer awareness events, writing policies and championing inclusion. Holly has contributed to academic and industry research in neurodiversity and cyber. Her current role supports employers in becoming neuroinclusive.

Magnite is the world's largest independent sell-side advertising platform.

Vrushali leads the instore digital and integrations portfolio at Taco Bell. She has an extensive background in Digital Transformation and integrations working in several Fortune 500 companies. She holds an MBA from UCI Paul Merage School of Business. She proudly balances being a mother with her career.

Kathy has 20+ years of security, risk management, compliance, and leadership experience in the financial services and manufacturing industries. . Kathy is a program advisor at University of California, Riverside's Women in Leadership Program.

Susan is responsible for developing new business within CGI's Los Angeles and Hawaii metros, specifically focused on the public sector, which includes innovating citizen services and modernizing the employee experience. She is a firm believer in the art of the possible and her leadership style is fueled by a service mentality. Susan stresses the importance of focusing on the people and processes before incorporating modern technologies.

Rema leads teams for Fandango’s ticketing and home entertainment platforms, Fandango and Rotten Tomatoes. Rema co-founded the Comcast/NBCUniversal TECHWomen chapter within Fandango and her chapter is working to increase the number of female technologists within Fandango, provide opportunities and exposure for female leaders and help to inspire young women to pursue careers in technology.

Jenn joined Audible in 2017 to lead the Audible on Alexa engineering teams in Cambridge, MA. In 2022, Jenn moved to Los Angeles to open an Audible hub in Los Angeles and to build out the Creator Marketplace engineering organization. . Jenn has an MBA from Boston College and a MS in Sport Psychology and Exercise Science from CalU. In her spare time, Jenn engages with the VR Community, tinkers with tech, rides her bike and plays with her 2 dogs – LucyFur and Mara Jade Skywalker.

Chez facilitates Engineering hiring at Reddit. Her background includes agency and in-house recruiting in startups within HR tech, fintech, and social media. She’s passionate about process optimization and leveling the playing field for candidates to break into tech. Outside of her work at Reddit, she is a co-founder of The Bonding Project, a research initiative providing resources to support healthy relationships while advocating for relationship diversity.

Senior Software Engineer at Reddit


Becca is a Middle East Studies major with a focus in Israel/Palestine who spent two years at a Jewish non-profit in Jackson, MS before attending a bootcamp (Hackbright) and pestering her way into an engineering job at Reddit (true story). Now LA-based on Reddit's security team, she credits her success at Reddit to her ability to build relationships around the company, ask hard questions, translate between technical and non-technical teams, shitpost, and write jingles.
